About The Event

We are going bigger and better this year, with a line-up of 11 gardens, live music, craft and plant stalls and sustainable floristry demonstrations.

Two village gardens – Court Farm and Lilac Cottage - are opening for the first time, and in an unprecedented move, the Bibury Trout Farm is generously offering free entry to all Open Gardens ticket holders. Just show your wristband to gain entry and see the newly designed gardens, waterfall and rockery in the home of England’s oldest trout breeding and conservation programme.

Number Eleven tea rooms will be offering the chance to meet their head gardener Paul Gilmour in a “secret garden” location inspired by Derek Jarman’s seaside garden at Dungeness in Suffolk.

And historic Arlington Baptist Church will host floral art displays and demonstrations by sustainable florists Beth and Tess, who use flowers that they grow right here in the Cotswolds.

The idyllic lawns…
