Parking in Bibury is a huge problem due to the number of tourists visiting the village.

For big events, such as the Bibury Literary Festival and the Open Gardens Festival, we provide free parking for all ticket holders. Please do use this facility as it eases pressure elsewhere.

The car park is in a field so do NOT use satnav – it will not be able to locate any specific address and will take you to the centre of the postcode instead. Follow the signs in the village.

If you are coming into the village from the Burford end (north) take the first sharp left turn after the 30mph sign.

If you are approaching the village from the Cirencester direction (west) follow the B4425 through the village and up the hill until you reach the fork in the road at the Saltway. Turn right onto the Saltway and then right again. .
