Bibury Open Garden Festivals 2025 - Car Parking

Parking in Bibury can be a problem due to the number of tourists visiting our beautiful village.

For big events, such as the Bibury Literary Festival and the Open Gardens Festival, we provide free parking for all ticket holders.

 

Please do use this facility as it eases pressure elsewhere. It's free by purchasing your ticket on this site ahead of arrival, or you can pay for a festival ticket that includes your parking on the day at the car park entrance.

The car park is in a field so Satnav won't find it! It will take you to the centre of the postcode instead. Follow the signs in to the village.

If you are coming into the village from the Burford end (north) take the first sharp left turn after the 30mph sign and you will see the parking entrance in 50 yards.

If you are approaching the village from the Cirencester direction (west) follow the B4425 through the village and up the hill until you reach the fork in the road where the main road continues out of Bibury and turn right off the main road in to the Saltway. You will see the parking entrance in 50 yards.
